Post-Publication Discussion

JBM welcomes constructive scholarly discussion of its published articles.

• Comments and queries may be sent to the editorial office at [email protected], citing the article title, DOI, and the specific issue raised. Comments must be factual, civil, and supported by evidence or references.
• Review. The editors screen submitted comments. Relevant comments are forwarded to the corresponding author, who is invited to reply within 30 days.
• Publication. Accepted comments and replies may be published as a short note or letter linked to the original article. JBM does not publish comments that are abusive, promotional, or unrelated to the article's content.
• Concerns about integrity or errors are handled under the Allegations of Research Misconduct and Corrections, Retractions and Withdrawals policies rather than as ordinary comments.
• Content integrity. Published articles are not altered after publication except through a formal correction or retraction notice.
