Analisis bibliometrik ini mengevaluasi lintasan keilmuan komunikasi organisasi, menganalisis 826 artikel yang teridentifikasi dari basis data Scopus hingga 4 November 2025. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memetakan struktur intelektual, mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, dan jaringan kolaborasi utama. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa Komunikasi Organisasi adalah domain penelitian yang sangat aktif, ditpenulisi dengan lonjakan volume publikasi yang signifikan dalam lima tahun terakhir (2021–2025), mencapai puncaknya dengan 62 dokumen pada tahun 2025. Tiga kluster tematik utama membentuk fondasi penelitian saat ini: komunikasi sebagai konstitutif organisasi, integrasi teknologi dan media digital, dan kaitan dengan Etika, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), dan Keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini didominasi secara besar-besaran oleh Amerika Serikat (494 dokumen) dan institusi-institusinya, dengan University of Texas at Austin sebagai afiliasi teratas. Jaringan kolaborasi antarnegara menegaskan dominasi AS (Kluster Merah) tetapi juga menunjukkan munculnya jaringan Asia-Pasifik (Kluster Hijau) dan Eropa-Kanada (Kluster Biru/Ungu). Jurnal terkemuka adalah Management Communication Quarterly. Konsentrasi geografis di Global North menggarisbawahi perlunya perluasan penyelidikan keilmuan ke konteks yang kurang terwakili seperti Global South untuk mencapai kerangka teoretis yang lebih adaptif.
