Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi empiris untuk meningkatkan pendapatan rumah sakit di era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) berbasis INA-CBGs.

Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Penelitian menggunakan systematic review berpedoman pada PRISMA 2020 dengan sintesis tematik kualitatif. Artikel ditelusuri melalui PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Garuda, dan Google Scholar, serta melalui backward/forward snowballing untuk periode 1 Januari 2020–31 Desember 2025. Sebanyak 20 artikel empiris memenuhi kriteria inklusi.

Temuan – Strategi peningkatan pendapatan rumah sakit membutuhkan integrasi akurasi coding, verifikasi klaim, manajemen piutang, efisiensi proses, Lean Hospital, logistik ABC-VEN, diversifikasi layanan non-JKN, pemasaran digital, transformasi digital, serta penguatan SDM.

Keterbatasan penelitian – Keterbatasan meliputi jumlah artikel yang terbatas, heterogenitas desain studi, dan ketidakseragaman pelaporan indikator finansial. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan desain longitudinal atau kuasi-eksperimental.

Implikasi – Rumah sakit perlu menerapkan strategi pendapatan terintegrasi, berbasis data, dan sesuai dengan konteks organisasi.

Kebaruan – Penelitian ini menawarkan pemetaan terpadu lintas domain dalam strategi peningkatan pendapatan rumah sakit.
