Persepsi mahasiswa Politeknik YKPN terhadap niat mengikuti sertifikat kompetensi CAP

Penelitian ini berfokus pada konstruk kemudahan pada model TAM dan menambahkan faktor penjelas konstruk kemudahan mahasiswa terhadap Aplikasi Accurate menggunakan konstruk optimisme dan innovativeness dari Technology Readiness Index (TRI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh optimisme dan innovativeness terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi Accurate dan pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap niat mengikuti sertifikasi Accurate. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengelola perguruan tinggi dalam rangka mendorong para mahasiswanya mengikuti ujian sertifikasi komputer akuntansi Accurate. Responden yang mengisi dan mengembalikan kuesioner berjumlah 60 (enam puluh) mahasiswa. Seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terdukung. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini menanamkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan kepada mahasiswa diyakini akan membentuk niat mereka untuk mengikuti ujian sertifikasi. Persepsi kemudahan dibentuk melalui penanaman sikap-sikap optimisme dan invovativennes kepada mahasiswa.
