Mengintegrasikan servant leadership dan psychological detachment
Strategi holistik dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan

Artikel ini membahas secara komparatif dua pendekatan strategis dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, yaitu servant leadership dan psychological detachment, yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kinerja karyawan. Kajian ini didasarkan pada dua artikel utama yang menyoroti kontribusi kepemimpinan berbasis pelayanan terhadap peningkatan task performance dan adaptive performance melalui work engagement (Kaltiainen & Hakanen, 2020), serta manfaat dan dilema praktik detachment dalam meningkatkan performa namun menurunkan persepsi promosi (Buechel & Solinas, 2025). Selain itu, analisis diperkuat dengan delapan artikel ilmiah lainnya yang membahas High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), human capital, pengembangan karyawan, keberlanjutan organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan work engagement. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership meningkatkan keterlibatan, kepuasan, dan inovasi karyawan, sementara psychological detachment berperan dalam menjaga energi, mencegah burnout, serta mendukung performa jangka panjang. Integrasi keduanya menjadi strategi penting untuk membangun organisasi yang sehat, berkelanjutan, dan adaptif terhadap tuntutan kerja modern.
