Integrasi human resource development dan green human resource management dalam era digital: Sintesis kritis dan agenda konseptual untuk kinerja berkelanjutan

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi Human Resource Development (HRD) dan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dalam meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan di era digital.
Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review terhadap artikel ilmiah terindeks dalam rentang 2018–2024 melalui tahapan identifikasi, screening, dan sintesis tematik.
Temuan – Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar studi masih memisahkan pengembangan kompetensi digital dan praktik keberlanjutan, sehingga menciptakan kesenjangan konseptual. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi HRD dan GHRM memperkuat kinerja berkelanjutan melalui peran mediasi digital capability dan green organizational culture. Selain itu, hubungan antarvariabel bersifat kontekstual dan dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan organisasi dan infrastruktur digital.
Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian ini terbatas pada pendekatan systematic literature review dengan hanya menganalisis 10 artikel dari tiga basis data (Scopus, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect) dalam rentang 2018–2024, sehingga model konseptual yang diusulkan belum diuji secara empiris. Temuan bersifat kontekstual dan belum mencakup variabel moderasi potensial seperti ukuran organisasi dan tingkat kematangan digital.
Implikasi – Implikasi praktis menekankan pentingnya sistem SDM terintegrasi dalam sektor industri terdigitalisasi.
Kebaruan – Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model konseptual integratif yang menghubungkan digitalisasi dan keberlanjutan dalam manajemen SDM.
