Sinergi budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan terhadap pelayanan Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di Provinsi Riau

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji sinergi antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan dalam peningkatan pelayanan Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di Provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis dengan menelaah 32 artikel jurnal terakreditasi dan terindeks Scopus/Google Scholar yang diterbitkan pada periode 2015–2024. Pencarian dilakukan melalui database Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Garuda dengan kata kunci relevan. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel yang membahas budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan, dan pelayanan publik, sedangkan artikel yang tidak relevan dikecualikan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan sintesis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang menekankan disiplin, pelayanan prima, inovasi, dan keselamatan kerja berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, khususnya dalam kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keramahan pelayanan di SPBU. Faktor kepemimpinan transformasional, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta sistem evaluasi objektif memperkuat sinergi tersebut.
