Narasi percepatan digitalisasi di lingkungan Pemerintah Indonesia sebagai upaya peningkatan pelayanan kepada publik terus ditingkatkan, tak terkecuali Badan Pusat Statistik yang merupakan Lembaga Pemerintah Non-Kementerian yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden, terus berupaya menjadi salah satu lembaga yang kredibel dalam menyediakan akses informasi melalui internet atau website. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas informasi dan website terhadap kepuasan publik dan diharapkan hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi kepada seluruh pengguna bahwa kualitas informasi dan website pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan metode deskriptif dan analisis data dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan publik dan website tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan publik serta kualitas informasi dan website secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan publik. Maka saran dalam penelitian bahwa kepuasan publik terkait website Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Labuhanbatu harus meningkatkan aksesibilitas, interaktivitas, dan kualitas informasi, serta menjamin privasi dan keamanan.
