Manajemen sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan hotel non-bintang di Indonesia

Industri hotel non-bintang di Indonesia mendukung pariwisata, namun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, tingginya turnover, dan lemahnya manajemen SDM. Penelitian ini mengkaji praktik manajemen SDM dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel kelas ekonomi melalui tinjauan literatur. Hasil menunjukkan praktik SDM yang masih informal, seperti rekrutmen spontan, pelatihan berbasis pengalaman, dan penilaian kinerja subjektif, berpotensi menurunkan kualitas pelayanan dan meningkatkan turnover. Namun, strategi seperti pemasaran internal, kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi efektif, dan evaluasi kinerja objektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi, komitmen, dan loyalitas karyawan. Pengelolaan SDM yang baik meningkatkan kinerja individu dan daya saing organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan teoretis bagi manajemen perhotelan dan implikasi praktis bagi manajer, pemilik hotel, serta pembuat kebijakan pariwisata.
