Strategi Penguatan Jabatan Kritikal dan Kompetensi ASN Menuju Jakarta Sebagai Kota Global yang Berdaya Saing

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan dan pengadaan pegawai berbasis Critical Occupations List (COL) untuk mendukung transformasi Jakarta menjadi kota global yang kompetitif. Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi kebutuhan jabatan kritis, high skilled, dan strategic yang mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Daerah Khusus Jakarta (DKJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan kebutuhan jabatan strategis melalui pengembangan kompetensi, pendidikan berkelanjutan, dan mekanisme pengadaan PPPK atau belanja jasa profesi mampu mengatasi tantangan perkotaan, termasuk kemacetan, polusi, dan tata ruang yang belum optimal. Rekomendasi utama mencakup integrasi kebijakan berbasis kompetensi dengan fokus pada jabatan kritikal yang mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan dan peningkatan daya saing global Jakarta.
