Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika hubungan industrial dan implikasinya terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan, serta mengaitkannya dengan fenomena pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) di Indonesia.

Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Studi menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis pedoman PRISMA terhadap artikel terindeks Scopus periode 2020–2025, dilengkapi dengan analisis kasus empiris CNN Indonesia sebagai ilustrasi konteks lokal.

Temuan – Hubungan industrial yang dilandasi keadilan prosedural, komunikasi efektif, dan kepercayaan terbukti meningkatkan kepuasan, keterlibatan, dan retensi karyawan; sebaliknya, ketimpangan kekuasaan dan PHK sepihak menurunkan kesejahteraan secara ekonomi maupun psikologis.

Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelusuran terbatas pada tiga basis data (Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed), berbahasa Inggris, dan periode 2020–2025; analisis kasus hanya menggunakan satu unit (CNN Indonesia).

Implikasi – Perusahaan perlu memperkuat dialog sosial, menerapkan good governance, dan mengadopsi pendekatan human-centered dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja; regulator perlu memperketat pengawasan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur PHK.

Kebaruan – Studi ini mengintegrasikan sintesis literatur global dengan fenomena empiris PHK Indonesia pasca-pandemi (2020–2025) dan menawarkan kerangka konseptual yang menempatkan kebijakan ketenagakerjaan, tata kelola, dan teknologi sebagai faktor pemoderasi hubungan industrial–kesejahteraan karyawan.
